Our Scheduled Activities
Our Nourishing Meals
We will nourish our bodies with two daily meals—Breakfast & Dinner. We will also have tea, coffee, and fresh juices. Every room has a coffee machine, drinking water, and a mini-bar if you want to bring anything from home.
Alcoholic Beverages are available but not included in our rates. We encourage a break from alcohol until our final night to allow a better mind-body connection throughout the retreat.
Why two meals? We want to give the body an opportunity to feel hungry and devote energy to healing anything within your body that may need attention. When we sit with consistently full stomachs, our bodies have no choice but to devote all their energy to digesting.
There is a restaurant if you want to order more food or snacks throughout the day.

Your Rest Time
Between our practices, meals and activities there is plenty of REST TIME. Enjoy the energy of the nature, read a book, stand up paddle board, kayak, canoe, nap, swim, go for a hike in the jungle that surrounds us, explore the unique structures that surround us or enjoy some spa services. Anything you need.

Jenny Tecklenburg
With a vibrant energy and a zest for creating empowering experiences, Jenny is an ideal leader to create, hold space, and encourage others to go inside, finding their true self & healing. Her ability to anticipate students' needs while creating a relaxed & and fun environment is what she strives for.
Over the past 14 years, Jenny has worked within the Health and fitness industry as a Professional Elite Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Breathwork Facilitator.
In the most recent years, Jenny has taken her passion for holistic wellness, the human body, and the power of manifestation, opening up a Wellness Studio in Playa Del Carmen, combining it with her retreat company, and creating Hāmama Wellness.
Currently, Jenny lives in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, continuing her journey of deeper understanding of what humans truly need through Breathwork, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, and Intuitive holistic yoga & and fitness. You will still find Jenny getting sweaty at her weekly gym sessions and encouraging her community to find balance in mind, body, and spirit at her Wellness Studio. Hāmama.
Through breathwork, meditation, and a deeper connection to herself, Jenny has learned that slowing down, accomplishing a little less, and making space in her life to live in the moment is where her sweet spot is for happiness.
This is what she'll bring to every retreat she runs. Fun & adventure while slowing down to find the inner voice we all need to listen to.
Aaliya Noorani
Hari Om,
I am a Vancouver based yoga instructor. Having studied in the birth place of yoga, India- my classes integrate traditional foundations of physical asana, pranayama (breath work), yoga philosophy and mantra (chanting) meditation with a present day approach to philosophy and practice that provides students with a whole and integrative experience.
Yoga has strengthened my connection to self by finding a balanced practice of patient discipline and experiencing playfulness through the union of breath and movement. Traditional philosophy, mythology and mantra are the heart of my practice. The mythological stories and classical teachings offer a gateway to the universal experiences of what it means to be human. These practices provide wisdom that connect me to my ancestral roots and our innate expansive capacity. Ancient chants that still the mind and leave a permeating vibrational shift within us.
It is with this passion for the ‘yuj’ (union) of all parts of what the practice truly provides that I share with my students.
