Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

1 in 3 people suffer from the feeling of tight hips and the less we do about it, the worse it will become and often spread to more severe conditions. 


It’s simple to alleviate this discomfort, but you do have to put in a little work. It won’t take a lot of time out of your day, however it will take consistency and persistency to relieve those tight hips by rebalancing out the muscles that are pulling at your hips. Imagine a life where your body feels strong, pain free and mobile! It is accessible at any age, I promise. 


In my years of experience and education it’s clear – We all have imbalanced bodies. Some muscles are stronger, some are weaker and some aren’t being recruited at all when they should be. This leads to our aches, pains and will eventually lead to injury. It’s my mission to educate, motivate and help you understand your body better to avoid & prevent this.
